Higher Plane Fiano 2017

Fiano [fee-AH-noh] is an italian grape variety that has taken very well to our vineyard site and is producing a rich, strongly flavoured and textural white wine with saline crisp acidity. Aromatically this wine offers hints of lavender, pear, sweet pea, cantaloupe, almond meal and fresh parmesan. The palate bursts with peach, pear, and orange rind flavours that glide above, delicious savoury minerality leading into a long citrus and salted almond finish. 93 points
